Study Permit

- Purpose: The Study Permit is for international students who wish to pursue educational opportunities in Canada, whether at primary or secondary schools, colleges, universities, or language programs.

- Duration: The Study Permit allows you to remain in Canada for the duration of your study program, plus an additional 90 days after your studies are complete.

Work Permit

- Purpose: Work Permits are issued to foreign nationals who wish to work temporarily in Canada. There are several types, including:

  • a. Open Work Permit: This permit allows you to work for any Canadian employer and is not job-specific.
